Campaign Reports

After an Ad has been served, you as an advertiser can start monitoring the profitability of the Ad served in the form of Impressions recorded by it, clicks, CTR, CPM ($) as well as the Ad Spend ($).

Acronym and Abbreviations Description
Impressions  An Ad is fetched from its source, and is countable
Clicks Someone clicks your Ad
CTR Click-through rate(No of clicks/No of times the ad is shown )
CPM Cost per thousand (the price of advertisement impressions)
Ad Spend Actual profit that a company/advertiser makes based on the Advertising

All of which, can be found in the Campaign Reports as shown in the following figure:

The Campaign Report comprises of the following:

Parameter  Description
Action lets you perform actions in the Campaign Reports as drill down
Date Displays the date
Impressions Displays the impressions recorded
Clicks Displays the Clicks recorded
CTR Displays the CTR data
CPM Displays the CPM data
Ad Spend Displays the Ad Spend

To access Campaign Reports, click on Reports and then Campaign Reports as highlighted in the figure above.

1. Click on Show Filter, in order to get the options to refine the report according to your preference.

2. From the Period drop-down menu, select the period duration of which you wish to view the reports of which can be either:

Parameter  Description
Today display the reports of today.
Yesterday display the reports of yesterday
Last 7 display the reports of Last 7 days
Current Month display the reports of the Current Month
Last Month display the reports of Last Month

 

  • Custom which will let you the customize the Period extensively by specifically letting you choose the ‘from’ and ‘to’ dates as well, specific duration of which you want to view the report of.

3. From the Media Type drop-down menu, select Banner/Javascript.

4. From the Campaign drop-down menu, select the Campaign, you wish to view the report of.

5. From the Supply Partner drop-down menu, select the Supply Partner for the Campaign.

6. From the Country drop-down menu, select the Country.

7. From the Device Type drop down menu, select the type of device whether it is:

  • Desktop

  • Feature Phone

  • Tablet

  • Smart phone

  • Other Mobile

8. From the Period Interval drop down menu, click the Period format you wish to view the report in whether it is:

  • Date wise

  • Week wise

9. To apply all the changes made, click on Apply.

10.To reset all the selections made, click on Reset.

11. To hide the filter, click on Hide Filter.

12. To export the Campaign Report as a file, click on Export.

Actions

In order to perform Actions, in the Campaign Reports:

2. To view Campaign wise reports, click on the Campaign drill down:

3. To view Creative wise reports, click on the Creative drill down:

As shown in the above example, the Creatives drill down will display the name of the creative, the impressions recorded by it along with the Clicks, CTR, CPM and the Ad Spend in US dollars.

4. To view Supply Partner wise reports, click on Supply Partner drill down:

As shown in the above example, the Supply Partner drill down will display the name of the Supply Partner for that specific Campaign along with the impressions recorded by it, the clicks, CTR, CPM and the Ad Spend in US Dollars.

5. To view Site wise reports, click on the Site drill down:

As shown in the above example, the Site drill down will display the name of all the sites and the impressions recorded by it along with the clicks, CTR, CPM, and the Ad Spend in US Dollars.

6. To view City wise reports, click on City drill down:

As shown in the above figure, the City drill down will enlist the names of all the cities along with the impressions recorded by it, the clicks, CTR, CPM and the Ad Spend in US dollars.

7. To view Country wise reports, click on Country drill down:

As shown in the above example, the country drill down will display the names of the countries, the impressions recorded by it, along with the clicks, CTR, CPM and the Ad Spend in US dollars.

8. To view Device Type reports, click on the Device Type drill down:

As shown in the above example, the device type drill down will display the device type, for example: desktop in the current example, along with the impressions recorded by it the clicks, CTR, CPM and the Ad Spend in US dollars.
